Bloody Mary
Ingredients: Vodka, 40ml. Tomato juice, 75ml. Lemon juice, some. Worcestershire sauce, ½ tsp. Tabasco sauce, 2-3 drops. Black pepper, freshly ground. Ice cubes. Lime wedges, to serve.
Action: Pour all the ingredients, except lime wedges, into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a tall glass over ice cubes and garnish with lime wedges.
Type: Long Drink - Collins Type.
Standard drinkware: Highball glass.
