Ingredients (serves 4):

Stewed tomatoes,
2 cans.
Tomato paste, 1 little can.
Parsley, 4 tablespoons chopped.
Garlic, 1 clove chopped fine.
Dried oregano,
1 teaspoon.
Some black pepper.
6 tablespoons olive oil.
Onion, chopped fine.
White wine,
1/2 cup.

Action:
Blend everything except the onion in a food processor.
In a large skillet over medium heat saute the onion in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the blended tomato sauce and white wine.
Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
