Spaghetti
Flat leave parsley, big bunch, finely chopped
Extra virgin olive oil
Garlic cloves, 1 to 4
finely chopped
Dried chilies, 1 or 2 crushed (optional)

Action:
Fry your garlic softly together with the chillies in the oil.
Chop the parsley
Cook the spaghetti all dente
Mix with the garlic chillie oil
Add the parsley and mix

Remember:
Pre-heat the plates you are serving
Get some good wine...
