Fish & meat dish
Ingredients (serves 4, preparation time 30 minutes): Beef sausages, 300 gr. Codfish fillet, 500 gr. Red peppers, 2. Onions, 2. Tomato, puree small can 70 gr. Beef bouillon, from tablet 150 ml. Lentils, canned 400 gr.
Action: Cut the sausages in 3 cm pieces. Put some oil in a frying pan and bake the sausages for 4 minutes. Add the pepper and onion cut in pieces for another minute. Add the tomato puree and in half a minute add most of the bouillon. Bring to a simmer and add the lentils. Cut the fish in pieces and add to the mixture. Close the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Use the bouillon that's left if the mixture is to dry.
