Ingredients
(Serves 4):
Floury potatoes 1 1/2 kg
Smoked bacon cubes 125 gr.
Mustard one spoonful
Ready cooked sauerkraut 500gr.
Smoked sausage 250 gr.

Action:
Peel the potatoes and cut them in half.
Cook the potatoes approximately 20 minutes.
Softly bake the bacon and later mix in the mustard.
Warm the sauerkraut separately, complete with packaged moisture
.
Warm the sausage and divide into four.
Drain the potato, mash crudely and mix in the sauerkraut and add the sausage.

Optional:
Red apples 2 and raisins 50gr.
Cut the apples in quarters and remove the clockworks.
Cut the apple quarters in little pieces and mix with the sauerkraut.
In this variation cook the sauerkraut apple mixture about 10 to 15 minutes.
Instead of apples, grapes are good to...
