Ingredients (serves 4): Minced beef meat 500 gr. Butter Large onion Butter 40 gr. 4 Round soft breads 2 Tomatoes Leccuce Spicy tomatoe sauce or ketchup Salt & Pepper
Action: Chop the onion in little pieces and mix with the meat and a little salt & pepper. Make this into 4 balls and flatten them. Heat the butter and bake the meat on a high flame. Lower the flame and let them simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. (A nice slice of yellow cheese in the last minute or so will get you a cheeseburger.) Toast the bread in halves shortly. Place the meat on the toasted bread with the toppings.
