Ingredients (
Serves 4):
Floury potatoes 1 kg
Curly kale 300 gr.
Smoked bacon 200 gr.

Smoked sausage 375 gr.
Pickles
Silverskin onions
Mustard

Perhaps you need some milk

Action
:
Peel the potatoes and cut them in equal pieces
Put your washed and cut curly kale in a pan with some water and salt.
Cook the the potatoes in a pan with some water
until they are done.
Put the curly kale in another pan with some water and boil.
When the curly kale starts to boil, pour off the water.
Add fresh water to the curly kale and put the smoked sausage on top of the curly kale. Boil again and turn the sausage every now and then.

The curly kale needs to boil for at least 25 minutes.
Cut your smoked bacon into small pieces and bake until it's crispy.

When the potatoes are done crush them into a soft substance.
Drain your curly kale and add to the mashed potato.
Mash them together. Add two teaspoons of mustard.
If your substance is a bit dry you can add some warm milk.
Put your sausage on top and serve with baked bacon, silver onions, pickles, mustard.

Note:
Curly kale is best after at least one night of frost. This is due to the plants natural reaction against frost.
