Serves 2 people:
Boil a cup of water. Add a cup of the flour to a cup of water in a bowl, add a little salt and mix thoroughly.
When the water in the pan boils, reduce the heat and slowly add the flour/water mixture.
Cook a couple of minutes.
Add some honey and chopped peanuts on top.
