Muesli
As opposed to most muesli available in today's supermarkets the original recipe calls for more fruit than grains, while boxed muesli contains mostly grains with relatively little fruit.
One serving: Tablespoon rolled oats, soaked in 2–3 tablespoons water. Tablespoon lemon juice. Tablespoon cream, yiaourti or yogurt. Apple 200 grams, or any other fruits you have available. Optionally 1 tablespoon ground hazelnuts or almonds.
